On Saturdays we run our Weekend Favorites post to highlight those products we have links to in our Favorites section of the V-W Marketplace.

These items are the favorites of the favorites of items found this week. We've found that if you like the image but not the product chances are you can find the design on another product. Just go browsing on the store the item came from under the product link list to the right or left of the store's home page.

Our own marketplace has been open for a little over three years now. We have been so fortunate to have such a great membership who also has artistic talent. Over the years we've had contributions from our members spanning the globe. Images from New Zealand, Poland, US and England. Paintings from the Netherlands, France, Germany, UK and the US. Our graphic artists are just as diverse a group.

We have be successful in our original goal to be able to defray the cost of our server fees for Viggo-Works and Middle-earth Journeys with the funds we've made through sales of products in our Marketplace. This makes it possible for those expenses to be paid by an outside source and not out of Riv Res's pocket as it had been done prior to opening the V-W Marketplace.

We'd like to that the contributors and the buyers for without the above would not be happening.

This is an announcement that we also have some new designs on products to share with you today. Below you will find our new merchandise with hopes more will follow.

Zazzler's Against Hate or ZAH was started by individuals who saw Zazzle's political face change over the last nine years. During the Bush administration many anti-government/pro-Bush Zazzle stores popped up with messages from the sublime to the down right mean spirited.

With their message of peace and more so tolerance, ZAH's graphic art designs are from a collective of folks who are fed up with the intolerance of our world. 50% of their proceeds goes to Kiva.org.

Below you will see a wide variety of products with their designs. Because there are so many designs to view we will post just a sample and encourage you to visit their store.
