Marcel Dzama's The Berlin Years, published by McSweeny's Books in 2003, is an unusual creation and not really a book at all. It is a package, described in one source as a box and in another as an envelope, which contains a reproduced scrapbook, 32 loose prints suitable for framing and introductions by Sarah Vowell and Viggo Mortensen.
